[Okay, so. He'd been en route to Midgar with Cloud. With a motorcycle, it had been awesome. And they'd been making good progress! Sure, he wasn't all that certain about directions, but being underground for so long can screw with a guy a little. There's no helping it. He'd been in a pretty good mood, though.

So if things had been going well for the first time in ages, why did he wake up this morning and find himself in the woods, alone and unarmed, in a fresh pair of white pants that didn't belong to him? It meant he hadn't been captured, since he wasn't in the lab, so... what? Seriously, what?

More importantly, where is Cloud!?

There's a sense of panic he hasn't felt since the troopers in Nibelheim had first started dragging Cloud away from him, so he wastes no time getting up and heading off to get a look around. If the military isn't responsible for this, maybe Cloud just wandered off (somehow) after whoever it was had taken Zack out. Man, so much for life getting easier...

tl;dr Zack will be ducking around the village early-ish in the morning, trying to make the most of the late November sunrise by doing his best ninja impression. He's trying not to be seen, but how effective he is at doing so? Really depends. SOLDIERs are sadly not ninjas.]

Uh... well, he's not really talking right now, so his appearance is all I can give... he's probably dressed in some kind of navy blue outfit.

He's somewhere inside the barrier and he's talking just fine. You should try contacting him over the journal sometime because you seem really worried about him.

Yeah, that's how people communicate with each other here. It's probably still wherever you first woke up, if you can even find it again.

Then I'll look for it for you, mister! But you should get some warmer clothes and a nice place to stay first, I can show you where the clothing shop and some of the housing buildings are. That way I can try to explain everything to you in the meantime, too.

[She smile, trying to be reassuring. It was...going to be one hell of a chat.] And when I find your journal, I'll deliver it to you as well!

[Oh boy. He grins at her, because not to be condescending or anything but she really is too cute.]

Eh? Oh!! [She laughs nervously, almost dropping her things. Ah, her stomach was grumbling just by looking at the stuff - especially the bits of cake and chocolate.]

Th-This isn't all for me, really. I was taking it home for my friend, too. Would you like something?

He didn't tell me where he was though, that's the only thing. The best way to get ahold of him would be to use a journal.

Nah, that's okay! I just mean I don't think you can carry a journal and all of that at the same time. I can look for it, no worries.
