Hey everyone... sorry to the people I talked to last week. I know I must've been pretty confusing while I was sick, huh? But no worries, I'm all better now!

Cloud, Aerith, I know I already said it, but... thanks for taking care of me. And I'm sorry for worrying you.

How's everybody else? Newcomers, are you settling in alright? I know this place can be kind of disorienting at times, but give yourself some time and you'll be fine.

Oh hey, Faize, don't worry about giving back that materia, okay? I don't really need it anymore. Are you having fun with it?

[One epic sparring scene later, Cloud is out of breath and leaning with his hand against a tree.]

[Zack's not doing much better, flopping back to sit down with a sigh.] That... was one hell of a spar, man.

[There you go again, overanalyzing things, Cloud. Zack shrugs and pushes himself back to his feet, heading over to lean against the tree with Cloud.] Not bad for someone so out of practice, huh?

To be fair, I'm out of practice too, a little bit. [Cloud sinks down to sit instead, leaning his back against the tree and directing a puff of air towards his bangs to unstick them from his forehead.]

[Zack sinks his sword into the ground and leans over, hands braced on his knees to catch his breath.] Well, we won't have to worry about that happening again.

...this'll be a regular thing?

Why not? We both can use the practice, and I like sparring with you. This was fun.

I guess I didn't think about it. [Cloud taps First Tsurugi against the ground idly.] ...okay. That'd probably be a good idea anyhow.

Unless of course you'd rather fight with someone else.

Well, Stella and I were going to train in the morning. [She wanted to do strength training with him. Oh Holy she's so cute.]

You and Stella? [Wat.]

She wants to do strength training. [Ho snap, there's marks on his sword. Cloud scowls and starts to disassemble it to buff them out with his shirt as best he can.]

[Zack spots that and grins.] Aw, did I mark up the little baby?

[GLARE.] Yes.

If it helps any, the Buster isn't doing too well either. Angeal would have a fit if he saw it.

He seems the meticulous type. [...eh, that's the best he can do with just his shirt. Further repair will have to wait until he gets it home.]

...Zack?

Yeah?

[Cloud bows his head, tapping his fingers lightly against the flat of his blade.] ...I'm sorry. For hitting you.

...What, when I woke up? I kinda deserved it...
