It's a lot better in a ship. You ever been out at sea? It's like that, but instead of getting sea sick, you got stars in every direction. Not just over your head, but in front of you, behind you, and beneath your feet. There's no limit to the freedom you've got or the destinations you can pick. It's the only way to live.

Wow... that's almost unbelievable...

[Though not really- more like a dream. That kind of freedom is something anyone would hope for, and he's no exception.]

You got any kind of space program on your rock? Maybe some satellites?

Not really. I mean, I remember hearing something about a space program getting started, and there was a rocket model set up at my old job, but I didn't hear anything about it getting off the ground.

[Though if it had, it would've happened during his time in Nibelheim, in which case there's no chance in hell that he'd get told about it.]

Shame. I'd hate to be stranded on one planet. Bad enough being in this place, much less grow up somewhere like that.

I don't know, it's not so bad back home. I mean, the world is so big, I don't think I could explore it all even in one lifetime! I can't imagine exploring a bunch of other worlds, too. Still, it would be really cool to be that free.

Oh, it's better than anything. But I suppose if you got just the one world, that's plenty to explore too.

Maybe someday we'll make it into space. That would be the best! Then people could go wherever they wanted.

[Though knowing Shinra, it would come with a hefty price.]
