Hey all- just a quick head's up. Yuri Lowell's gone home again. Everybody in Brave Vesperia, don't worry, okay? It's business as usual. I'm sure we can figure out where to take things from here. Yuri would want us to keep on trucking, so that's what we'll do!

Oh, and I've got an announcement for all you newcomers to Luceti, too! The name's Zack Fair, and I work at the local bar here in the plaza, along with Buffy Summers and Shizuo Heiwajima. The bar's called Good Spirits, and it's a great place for just hanging out and taking the load off. Not just for alcohol, either! So don't worry if you don't drink that stuff.

Come on in if you're ever feeling thirsty! We'd be happy to serve you.

[With that said- it's an Open Bar Post! Visit, mingle, chat with that handsome glowy-eyed bartender or each other, whatever. And once his shift is over, Zack will be going home (of course) a bit late, fleeing the thunderstorm. Good thing he's a durable sort. And there might be a nice surprise waiting for him tonight...]

[ Emphasis in reference to Buffy's earlier, careful description; the whole meant to imply it's not easy being a crazy closed-off woman like she is and be willing to take part in things like ~getting a boyfriend~ and everything. In truth because she leaves it at just that she probably implies more than she should.

... And because of that, Lightning shakes her head, finally fed up with herself, then decides to make good on her previous actions towards starting to leave. If Buffy decides to say nothing more, that's just fine with her, as she bends to scoop up her pack and turn away. ]

I know. [ her fingers curl on the bar-counter. ] I mean -- obviously I have plenty of troubles in that department.

[ but that isn't a satisfactory answer. ] It's not like I haven't met the strong silent type before. You guys tend to have your reasons. I was just observing. I swear.

[ Well. Okay. Lightning's not as mad as she was a few seconds ago... but she's still too wound up now to do anything but to just try and make her escape, after one last softly-frowning look at Buffy's face. She'll probably-- no, will regret this later for sure- especially when she she's got the chance to cool and think. And eventually when she feels like she has to tell Zack and/or Aerith.

For her credit, at least she doesn't run out. Perhaps practice at being deadly calm has served her better than she realizes. ]
