Whoa, this is one hell of a storm.

Uh... I hadn't managed to get myself a place to live yet. Anyone feel like taking in a soggy SOLDIER for a few days? Or at least until the rain lets up. I'd check the houses myself but I'm sure you guys wouldn't appreciate me just barging in like that.

Anyone? I'm not good for much but I promise I don't snore!

Oh, haha, I forgot everyone's from different worlds. SOLDIERs are like enhanced super-soldiers in the army where I'm from. Kinda like special ops, but altered with special cells and chemicals to make 'em stronger.

Ah, I see...I think most worlds have a few skeletons in their closets. Not that I'm saying your world does.

...nothing. Just...the SOLDIER process doesn't sound very...pleasant. Someone I know isn't too fond of labs, and from what I've heard about the experience the feeling should be universal.

...Oh. Well... I can understand what you mean. The normal SOLDIER process is totally voluntary, and there's a special screening process to make sure no one gets in who isn't completely ready and willing to handle it. But there are some scientists who don't agree with that and... well, they force some experiments on people. It's not fun.

Don't worry about it! We escaped, so it's over now. At least I hope so. We were kind of still on the run when I was brought here and Aeris said a few disturbing things earlier but I'm sure it'll all work out!
